Does my business need to be computer-based in order to have a website? Do I need to know about computers? No, you do not need to own a computer or have computers involved in your business in order to have a website. Creating a website is more about being of service to current customers and presenting your business to potential new customers.

My company is in the service industry. Will a website help my business? Most definitely. Statistics state that over 80% of the population who are online from home or office are doing so to research businesses that provide services or products. Who writes the copy/text for each of the pages on the website? We prepare the copy; however, you add text and pertinent information as needed or desired. You approve the final wording and content.

Are your web design costs to set up a one-time expense? Yes, we only charge one time for the set up design of your website. As a business grows or expands, a redesign may be wanted. There are nominal costs associated with redesign.  

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa and Master Card. We also accept PayPal, Debit Cards, and Checks.

What is the turnaround time for my website? Once you have purchased our website package, we review your order and arrange to receive special text and images, if necessary to complete your site. A first draft is usually ready within 5 - 7 business days. Our goal is to launch within 10 business days.

Can you create a logo to go with our web site? Absolutely! This is one of our favorite parts of the job! We are happy to custom-design your logo and accompanying business materials for a modest charge of $75.00. Just ask us!

Will I have the opportunity to review and suggest modifications to my website prior to launch? Without a doubt. It does not go live until you are happy.

Do you design adult websites? No.

What is your Refund/Satisfaction Policy? Our company is very particular about any feedback from the purchasers of our services. If you send us a message informing us about an error, any question or just a suggestion, you will receive a fast and competent answer from our technical support team within 24 working hours. As a rule, all the majority of problems are solved "on the spot.” Numerous positive reports concerning our specialists and services prove that perfectly well.

We provide a refund of your payment in the following cases:

  • If you accidentally bought the product more than once for the same URL.
  • If you cancel your order before site is developed.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:

  • When a user demands a refund immediately after the start of service.
  • When a user informs us about changing his decision to buy the service, saying he is not going to use the service's contents after receiving it.
  • When reasons which prevent a customer from proper using of the service are stated clearly on our official site. (For example, if the customer requests a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for the product).
