Now, those who know me, know I have a slightly off, if not, twisted, sense of humor. I ran across this statement and think it’s very funny and perfect for the less sappy inspirational seeker …
I think the key is to suck less everyday. Start out knowing that you will suck and strive for 1% daily improvement. Pretty soon you’ll be amazingly good. Bryant Hankins (Bryant needs to write more!)
Now, getting back into my sappy inspirational self … Life = Risk (love it!)
Award-winning? Record-breaking? History-making? Risk-taking? Sound like you? Not yet? You sure. I beg to differ. One day soon my friend, one day soon!
If you’ve never failed, you’ve never lived. I say, “Amen, Amen!”

Hi Elena,
I saw this video many times and I really love the way it has been presented. We all tend to make mistake because we are humans and not perfect. But people who learn from these mistakes and move on, become the real leaders.
It is a must for entrepreneurs.
Thanks and have a great day

You know what gets me Elena? You never know when and if you’ll be able to look back and say, “Boy am I glad I never quit (at that thing).” That day may never come. But there IS a joy in the journey that, when grasped, makes for a wonderful life (that might look devoid of accomplishments!).

Ahh, the journey Betsy! I think I use that word more often than not! It’s a beautiful sounding word, beautifully visual word and pure inspiration for me.
There is never a final destination (except death in the physical sense) and the better we embrace and understand this, the more enjoyable and peaceful it all is.
Thank you so much for your thoughts – it’s such a privilege!
Have a beautiful day!
Blue skies,
Elena

Hello Ashvini! I hope you’re doing very well!
Yes, this video is great and never surprises me the incredible people who have seen it – hmm … no wonder, there’s a common thread here!
Yeps, it’s all about dusting yourself, your spirit, your mind, and your heart off and moving forward, no matter the steps taking backward.
Great to see you here sir – thank you for stopping by!
Here’s to you and the unstoppable entrepreneurs!
Much kindness,
Elena

Hi Elena,
I am doing great , thank you!! I hope you are also doing absolutely fine
Very inspiring words from you. You know what, at this moment a social entrepreneur in India is fighting for people’s right against corruption. Seeing his resolve is just great. He has collected thousands of people without spending a single unit of money .He is going thru all the troubles as people in the video. I just am in awe of such people .
Thanks and regards,
Ashvini

If you’ve never failed, you’ve never lived. So true, so true. And one of my biggest pet peeves is the way organized athletics tries to put everyone on equal footing and nobody looses. What a great life lesson and we seem to want to take that away.
Unless you are for socialization, there is a hierarchy but there is also no limits on what you can achieve.
Trust me, I suck big time but I can live with it. I know what I do well and I know what I need to stay away from so I can suck less. My friends are always quick to remind me the actual depth of my suckiness, but they are my friends so they can do that. Just keepin’ it real, right?
Pretty slick, I liked it. I noticed I was about 3 posts behind. How often do you publish anyway?
I do appreciate your support this week; I mean very much so………..thanks.

Hellooooo Bill!!
Great to see you here! First, supporting you is easy my friend and it’s me who gets the gift!!
I am 100% with you on the whole organized athletics – drive me insane and I’m more than outspoken about it (image that)!
We have to have things to strive for and place greater expectations on ourselves and those around us; it’s why new worlds were discovered and mountains conquered!
Oh, I don’t need friends to tell me I “suck”, I do a great enough job myself as I look at everything around me … talk about humbling! Ah, but I do have high expectations and do want to move upward and onward. There are definitely those who also remind me about my level of “sucking” and for that I’m grateful too!
Call me an erratic blog poster – I have no set schedule. I was on a roll last week, but I was also on vacation and then both my work phones went out and my laptop crashed … nice. Today is a new day and I’m getting it together so I’m wide open for what this week will hold!
Your presence here means a tremendous amount – thank you, thank you!!
Have a fabulous day, one that is just like you!!
Much kindness,
Elena

You know what? I still get the chills every time I watch this video. Even the best in their craft have failed countless times. It’s part of life, we take those failures and examine it. Make the changes that we have to, so we can prepare for it the next time and move on. Always a pleasure to be here, Elena.
Glad you know this video and still get chills from it Dr. Doebler because every time I see it the same happens for me!! It’s a wonderful testament to the human spirit and our glorious make up.

Thank you for your presence here kind sir!

Wonderful message in this blog post “If you have never failed, you have never lived.” In these days, when people easily get demotivated by a small loss, messages and inspirational videos by people like you can serve as a great motivation booster. Thanks for the amazing video. Please keep up the great work!
